ZX type self-priming centrifugal sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) is a new generation of products designed according to the performance parameters stipulated in the enterprise standard and combined with the many years of production experience of the company. The pump has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, small installation area, stable operation, long service life, high efficiency, low power consumption and convenient decoration. It can be used in series according to the needs of head and flow. The electric pump consists of three parts: motor, mechanical seal and pump, the motor is single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; mechanical seal is adopted between the pump and the motor; the rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of high-quality carbon steel and anticorrosive treatment, which ensures the shaft to have a more reliable mechanical strength and effectively improves the abrasion and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and at the same time facilitates the maintenance and dismantling of the impeller, and the sealing of each fixed stop is adopted in ‘O’ type pump. The pump adopts ‘O’ type rubber sealing ring for static sealing.

4. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and it is the most ideal supporting pump to send slurry to filter press for filtration.
