Product Overview:

The national standard flange WQ-S all stainless steel precision casting sewage submersible pump adopts a stainless steel precision casting shell, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, environmental protection, high head, and large flow rate.

Product features:

1. The oil chamber adopts a fluorine rubber double end face mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single end face fluorine rubber mechanical oil seal structure, effectively reducing the problem of water ingress caused by shaft wear caused by friction between sediment and the shaft.
2. The motor adopts vacuum impregnation paint to achieve F-level insulation and is equipped with a thermal protection device, effectively extending the service life of the pump.
3. According to customer requirements, a mixing device can be equipped, which generates extremely strong mixing force with the rotation of the motor shaft, stirring the sediment in the sewage tank into suspended solids and discharging them. It can also be equipped with a cutting device, which can discharge debris such as long fibers, plastics, paper bags, and straw from sewage.
4. We can customize anti-corrosion cables, PTFE machine seals, and high-temperature resistant motors according to customer specific requirements. (Solve usage environments with liquid temperature ≤ 100 ℃).

Main application:

Suitable for construction buildings, hospitals, residential communities, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, chemical electroplating, factory sewage, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, seawater, solid particles contained in general corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.

Conditions of use:

1. Based on the center of the impeller, the depth of submergence into the water shall not exceed 5m;
2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed+40 ℃;
3. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (2-13);
4. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7x10 ^ -7~23x 10 ^ -6 ㎡/s.
